SAP ERP software helps the enterprises to automate and streamline their HR processes. Have a look at the SAP HR solution offered as part of SAP ERP software.

Human resources module had been divided by SAP into 4 major modules: Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management & Personnel Planning (OM & PP), Time management, Payroll. There are other applications supporting HR processes like HCM Processes & Forms, ESS, MSS, Learning Solutions, etc. And SAP's cloud offering - SuccessFactors.

[3] I came across one subscription link while exploring online ( There are no regular updates though. Actually I can see the last update (from their archive) was in June 2012. But their archive hosts some good newsletters with tips and tricks and know-how in SAP HR area.

[4] HR expert - A source of independent SAP information like SAP HCM tips, tutorials, and training content. It’s packed with comprehensive guidance from experienced SAP customers, the world’s top consultants, and experts at SAP.

[5] Find the first chapter Fundamentals of HR Reporting - SAP Press book from Hans-J├╝rgen Figaj, Richard Hassmann, and Anja Junold. It will definitely give you a good idea of HR data structure and functionality.
